Every Unwind & Sleep Set arrives with Wide Awake At 3am? saved on the Clementine sleep band itself, so it plays with no phone at all. Everything else plays from your phone over Bluetooth.
Play it
Press the middle button on the Clementine sleep band. It starts, fades out at the end and stops on its own.
Go back to your phone
Steps to confirm with the manufacturer, e.g. press play on your phone, or press the middle button again. You don’t need to re-pair anything: the Clementine sleep band remembers your phone.
Is it the one from the old app?
It’s the same recording. In the old app it was called “Get back to sleep”, with ocean sounds underneath throughout.
