What’s a good gift for someone who can’t sleep?
Something that makes the night easier without adding a screen. The Clementine Unwind & Sleep Kit is a soft headband with thin, flat speakers she can lie on, and hypnotherapy sessions on cards: she taps a card on her phone, presses play and puts the phone face down.
Are sleep headphones good for side sleepers?
Headband headphones are. There’s nothing in her ear and the speakers are 4mm and flat, inside the fabric, so she can put the whole side of her face on the pillow and feel nothing digging in.
Is it a good gift for the menopause?
It’s made for broken nights, including the ones that come with perimenopause and menopause. There are sessions for waking at 3am, for heat at night, and one written for sleep during the menopause. We won’t pretend a headband fixes a hot flush, but the modal fabric moves moisture away rather than holding it.
Is there a subscription?
No. The kit and the cards are bought once and they’re hers to keep. Nothing to cancel in January.
Can I send it straight to her?
